All registration fees are in Euros (EUR) / Chinese Yuan (CNY) (dual-currency settlement available) and cover core conference participation services. Registration fees are differentiated by registration period and participant identity to support diverse academic participation. All fees are exclusive of travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
1. Early Bird Registration Fee (Early Discount Period)
Valid for registrations completed before the early bird deadline. This preferential rate is available for all professional participants and students who finish payment within the specified time.

2. Regular Registration Fee (Official Period)
Standard rate applicable for all registrations completed after the early bird deadline and before the final registration deadline, for both professional and student attendees.
3. Special Student Discount Policy
To encourage young scholars and student researchers to participate in academic exchanges, Aerovehicles 7 provides exclusive discounted fees for full-time students throughout the registration period. Part-time students, postdoctoral researchers, and working scholars are not eligible for the student discount.
4. Registration Fee Includes
- Full access to all conference sessions, oral presentations, poster exhibitions, and keynote speeches
- Inclusion of accepted papers in official conference proceedings
- Conference electronic proceedings, official attendance certificate
- Conference catering services (included in registration fee): Dinner on July 26 (Day 1), lunch and dinner on July 27 (Day 2), lunch and dinner on July 28 (Day 3), lunch and official conference banquet on July 29 (Day 4). Daily coffee breaks are also provided throughout the conference period.

5. Important Registration Rules
- One Paper, One Registration: Each accepted abstract/paper requires at least one author registration.
- Late Registration: Registrations completed after the official deadline will be subject to late registration surcharges (please refer to the latest conference notice for details).
- Payment Verification: All payments need official verification. Participants shall retain payment vouchers for checking.
- Refund Policy: For cancellation and refund applications, please submit a written application to the conference secretariat before the specified deadline. Refund standards follow official conference regulations; no refunds will be accepted after the deadline.
